Hi Doug & Andrea,thank you guys for putting together this educational website for us new and aspiring Real Estate investors that are desiring the wisdom/knowledge to feel confident in this awesome business opportunity. It was nice meeting you Doug and thank you for doing the seminar at Flip Fest LA on Saturday. Me and my girlfriend are definitely inspired by you and your wife’s success as our goal is to also be successful together at flipping houses and cash flow through rental properties. .. Also, my mindset changed as well after reading the same book you mentioned in this podcast, “Rich Dad Poor Dad” so I guess there are at least a few of us that were changed through that book hah! I bought my girlfriend a smaller sized version of the book that would fit in her purse and have been trying to get her to read it forever but she is too busy with work and kids for that ha! She just learns through me!
