Great info for someone starting out in rehabbing properties! I’ve been meeting rehabbers and picking their brain and sometimes I get the “…well I’ve been doing it for a while and I just know…” type of answer. Most are happy to share though. Your podcast provided great info., this will help me to feel a little more confident when looking at perspective investment properties.
    Thank you.

Do you guys use the same contractors for most of your properties? What do you do if your preferred contractor isn’t available for a project… wait for him or go with someone else?
Great episode… thanks for all the info!

Hey Lance! One big lesson we have learned is not to overload 1 contractor with too many projects at once. If your preferred contractor isn’t available you might take that opportunity to find someone else you like just as much. It’s great to have a few you can really trust. I think you’d want to take into consideration your carrying costs and additional holding delays if you wait for the preferred contractor and weigh out wether or not it’s worth the wait. Best of luck to you!! ~Andrea
